In November 2025, project partners gathered at the Universidad Católica San Pablo (UCSP) for an extensive planning meeting to align on the overall structure, objectives, and timeline of the 2026 project. Representatives from all participating institutions discussed responsibilities, communication strategies, and the integration of interdisciplinary approaches into the project framework. The meeting served as an important milestone in strengthening international collaboration and building a shared understanding of expectations and goals among all stakeholders. In addition to organizational planning, the discussions also focused on ensuring that the project outcomes would remain practical, sustainable, and beneficial for the local communities in Quilca. The meeting laid the foundation for effective teamwork and long-term cooperation between all participating partners.
