Following a productive midweek filled with teamwork, adjusting concept development and reviewing client presentations, the Spring school moved into a long weekend that balanced ciltural exploration with focused project advancement.

In celebration of Labour Day on Thursday, May 1, 2025, a public holiday in Germany, participants embarked on a fullday excursion to Düsseldorf-Kaiserswerth. Upon arrival, the group enjoyed a guided histocal tour of Kaiserswerth, a picturesque district rich in medieval charm.

A relaxing boat cruise on the Rhine followed, taking GIPEES from Kaiserswerth to Düsseldorf’s Rheinuferpromenade. The afternoon was left open for indepedent exploration of the Alstadt (Old town), which is a cultural hotspot known for its traditional german eatiries, iconic beer tasting, and lively atmosphere. The excursion offered a refreshing break from intensive work while deepening intercultural bonds in an scenic setting.

Back at WHS on Friday, May 2, 2025, the focus shifted to delivering results. All streams began preparing their presentation for the client, working collaboratively to refine concepts. Following lunch, teams conducted a dry-run of their pitches, with eah stream presenting their ideas in 15-minute slots. Stream leads were tasked eith offering internal feedback to help teams improve both delivery and content.

The day concluded with weekend planning session, where students brainstormed selforganized weekend trips.
