The Spring School may have concluded, but the GIPE++ 2025 journey is far from over. 

With strengthened team spirit, clearer direction, and refined concepts, the GIPEes returned to their home institutions to continue developing their stream projects remotely. What began as early ideas before the Spring School, and evolved into concrete prototypes during their time in Gelsenkirchen, is now entering its final and most critical phase: implementation.

Each stream team is now working independently, yet still connected across borders through regular online meetings, shared documents, and digital collaboration tools. The momentum built in Gelsenkirchen is being carried forward as teams fine tuned strategies, design user ready materials, and prepare deliverables for their respective stakeholders.

More than just fulfilling academic goals, the post-Spring School phase is where the GIPEes truly begin to transform their collaborative effort into real-world impact. Whether it’s developing a digital platform to boost visibility, launching a fundraising campaign, outlining a sustainable tourism strategy, or finalizing an environmental assessment, every team is focused on turning vision into value.
